EthosyncHR

Your Culture and Compliance Partner

Helping employees speak up early — and helping leaders respond well.

Workplace concerns rarely begin as lawsuits, investigations, or resignations. They usually begin as small moments employees do not know how to raise — or do not trust will be handled well.

EthosyncHR helps organizations build a stronger bridge between compliance, culture, and trust through employee training, HR development, independent reporting support, and experienced workplace investigations.

Problems Grow When Employees Stay Silent

Employees may hesitate to report concerns because they worry:

  • Nothing will happen
  • Their manager will find out
  • They will be labeled difficult
  • HR is too close to leadership
  • The issue is not “serious enough” yet

EthosyncHR gives employees a trusted place to raise concerns and gives leaders earlier visibility into issues that could otherwise grow into formal complaints, turnover, or legal risk.

Why Independence Matters

Internal HR plays an important role. But employees do not always feel comfortable reporting sensitive concerns internally — especially when the concern involves a supervisor, executive, or someone with influence.

An independent reporting resource can increase trust, reduce silence, and help leaders respond sooner and more objectively.

What EthosyncHR Includes

Compliance & Culture Assessment

We begin by identifying culture pressure points, bottlenecks, and compliance risks related to recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning.

Employee Compliance Training

New hires and existing employees may participate in interactive group training to mitigate the possibility of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, bullying, and sexual harassment occurring in the workplace.  Our trainings include bystander awareness that encourage others to say something if they see something.

Monthly HR Development

Your HR professional or emerging leader receives practical development on how to build HR infrastructure and culture through practical tools that can be modified to your organizations unique needs.

Independent Reporting Line

Employees have access to an external reporting resource where they can raise workplace concerns outside the company’s internal reporting structure.  Your designated representative will receive a report of the concern and recommendations for next steps.

Investigation Readiness

If you determine a complaint requires objective external investigation, your organization already has access to our experienced independent investigators. Investigation services are billed separately at $250/hour.

Built for Growing Organizations

EthosyncHR is ideal for organizations that:

  • Have 25–500 employees
  • Have a developing HR professional or small HR team
  • Need more structure without more overhead
  • Want employees to speak up before problems escalate
  • Prioritize defensible compliance training and investigation support

EthosyncHR Is Not Just a Hotline

A hotline captures concerns.
EthosyncHR helps organizations build the conditions where concerns are less likely to become crises.

This is prevention, protection, and partnership.

Important Note

Training and reporting resources support prevention, awareness, and early intervention. They do not guarantee that workplace complaints, misconduct, or legal claims will not occur. Employers remain responsible for maintaining lawful workplace practices and responding appropriately to employee concerns.
